Embracer Jen's cat, Elmer, LOVES the Kong Groom Tunnel that PetSmart sent over. The tunnel is smallish, not ideal for ginormous cats, but helps to catch loose fur that your cat needs to shed. Besides, Elmer doesn't even realize he's being groomed. He's too busy loving the feather toy inside:
The tunnel was recently marked down to $20.99.
Embracer Cat Moms are pleased with some of the other Kong for Cat products too:

We've been having a lot of fun product testing the toys that our friends at Martha Stewart Pets for PetSmart sent us! They've bumped up the durability for tough chewers, and they're standing up to the test.
(Don't forget to enter to win one of these goodies!)
Finnegan the Airedale is loving the Flying Woodland dog toy. The squirrel makes a noise when he lands hard on a floor, but the sound is not so frequent as to be annoying to person or pet. And, it's holding up fine by this tough chewer! No roadkill in Finny's place!
Micro-mutt Ginger, the Pom mix, has been testing the Intelligent toy, and here's the report from her dad, Rich:
Just wanted to say that Ginger loves the squirrel!!! She tends to just rip apart any plush toy but this one has held up really well. She doesn't dig to get the acorns out, but when they come out, she loves to play with those too. Actually Snap, my cat, plays with the acorns when Ginger is playing with the squirrel. Ginger brings that toy to bed with her every night. I think it replaced her Cleveland Browns football as her favorite toy.
(A loss for the Cleveland Browns, but a win for Ginger!)
Lastly, Lyger has been playing with the Flat Fur Skunk. He loves floppy toys he can bring to us when we come home, he can thrash around when he's feeling frisky, and he can snuggle with at bedtime. This design, combined with it's crinkly noise, makes the skunk his new BFF. I had to wake him up from a cuddle with his skunk to get this clip:
The skunk has only a few small bits that Lyger will eventually chew off, but nothing that will harm the structure or cuteness of the toy. I expect this will be one of his long-time favs.
I was super excited to take home the Kong Scratch and Groom Post to my 3 year old, female cat, Ivy. I was not sure how she would react as she has never experienced a cat tower or scratching post before. Ivy absolutely loved it and it was hysterical watching her play! Her favorite part by far is the dangling feather – she has spent many hours batting and biting it! At first, I was a little concerned that it would not hold up and she would have the feather off in a day. But it has been pretty robust despite taking a beating! J Ivy does use this as a scratching post as well so it is definitely serving its purpose.
She does not really use the “grooming” portion of it. Though I have seen her rub up against the post once or twice, it definitely has not done anything significant in that aspect.
We'll be posting our product reviews in the next few weeks, but in the meantime, you can enter to win BOTH!
